Cargo Transportation

P.I. Transformation Co., Ltd is carrying out the Myanmar Coastal-Sea freight transportation smoothly from Yangon to port cities of Mawlamyaing, Dawai, Myeik and Kawthaung along the Mon and Taninthayi coasts, port cities of Sittwe, Kyauk Pyu and Thandwe (Thabugyaing) along the Yakhine coast and the port cities of Pathein, Myaung Mya and Phya Pon in the delta region by ships mentioned below:

In the transportation of cargos by those coastal-run ships, the company is also transporting the government departmental cargos such as rice and paddy, cement, fertilizer in addition to the private-owned cargoes to the destination ensuring the delivery of cargos in time, in safe and at the reasonable freight charges.

Documentation, Warehousing and Door-to-door service

In addition to transporting goods, P.I Transportation Co., Ltd is, as value-added services, carrying out the documentation for the goods to be shipped providing warehousing service to those who have difficulties for temporary storage of goods, and as a special arrangement door-to-door service for those goods to be shipped to Sittwe port.

Project Cargo Transportation

P.I Transportation Co., Ltd is also transporting cement, iron bars and other building materials necessary for the projects of bridge construction, hotel and apartment building which are under-construction along the Myanmar coastal region.

Transportation of Raw Materials for Factory

As a special programme, P.I Transportation Company Limited has transported raw materials of white sand used for producing glass at the Glass Factory (Pathein) and Glassware Factory (Thanlyan) of Ministry of Industry (I) from Ahile-Man Island on Taninthari coast.

Cargo Lightening

In order for oversea vessels, which have loading capacity of 18000 tonnage and above and draft 9 meters and above, to be able to enter the Yangon port and discharge the cargoes, P.I Transportation Co., Ltd is carrying out the cargo-lightening by the company owned ships from Pilot Station at the month of Yangon river to Thilawar port.

The company, therefore, takes this opportunity with pleasure to give all of you message that it is doing transportation business activities smoothly and conveniently along the Myanmar coasts.

Myanmar Coastal Border Trade / Normal Trade

Starting from 1990, Myanmar began border trade and normal trade activities with neighboring countries. The ships owned by P.I Transportation Co., Ltd are transporting the export cargoes for Myanmar Thai Border Trade and Normal Trade from Yangon to Myeik and Kawthaung on the Taninthayi coast and import cargoes from Kawthaung to Yangon.

In the same way, the company-owned ships are transporting the cargoes for Myanmar-Bangladesh Border Trade and Normal Trade from Yangon to Sittwe on the Yakhine coast.
